How to set up a baby shower photo wall
Your photo wall has two parts. Guests add photos through one guest link. If you want them on a TV, the screen opens its own slideshow link, on Standard or Premium.

Before you start
- One guest photo link for the invitation, chat and printed signs.
- A second phone for a test upload before the shower.
- A place for the sign where guests can pause without blocking a queue.
- For photos on a screen: Standard or Premium, and the slideshow link open on it.
Choose one place to collect photos
Make the album before you send the invitation. With GuestFlick, you sign in to manage it; guests add photos in their browser without an app or an account. Check the plan’s time to add photos and time to view the album. Keep the guest link separate from any management or slideshow link.
Set who can see the gallery
Choose whether guests can browse the album and whether you want to approve photos before they appear. A passcode is optional. Tell guests who will see what they share.
Put the sign where guests can stop
Download the printable sign from your album. Place it on the gift table or near the seating, where guests can hold a phone up to it. Keep the invitation to add photos close to the code.
Treat the screen as a separate step
You do not need a screen to collect photos. For a live slideshow on a TV or projector, open your album’s slideshow link on that screen. It comes with Standard and Premium. Keep that link off the guest sign. Guests still add photos through the guest link.
Test the guest path, and the screen if you use it
Scan a printed proof with a phone that is not signed in to your account. Add a test photo and check that it arrives. If you are using the slideshow, open its link on the screen and check your test photo shows there too. If you approve photos first, it shows after you approve it.
Keep in mind
- The sign invites guests to add photos. It does not make prints, and adding photos needs an internet connection.
- The slideshow and the guest gallery are different pages. Guests use the guest link; the screen uses the slideshow link, on Standard or Premium.
- Guest photos add another view of the shower. They do not replace your own backup or a photographer.
